Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using ReplayCore, a product of ForgeVector Software Limited. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this Policy. We may update it from time to time, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

You must not record, upload, store, or share content that you do not have the lawful right to process, that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person, or that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not record individuals without a lawful basis for doing so, and you remain responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable data-protection law before recording players on your servers.

3. Protecting the Service

You must not attempt to disrupt, degrade, overload, or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure on which it runs, including by introducing malware, launching denial-of-service activity, or imposing an unreasonable or disproportionate load.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other customers' data, or our systems, and you must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a security disclosure process we operate.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, file formats, or underlying technology of the Service, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits and cannot exclude.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account and for keeping your credentials and recording keys confidential. You must notify us promptly at admin@forgevector.co.uk if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches of this Policy and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove or disable content, and take any other action we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Where practical and lawful we will give notice, but we may act immediately where a breach poses a risk to the Service, to other customers, or to any person.

Suspension or termination for a breach of this Policy does not entitle you to a refund, and does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
