Do players need a client mod?

No. ReplayCore records on the server. Staff and players open permitted replays in a web browser, including on phones and tablets.

Which server versions are supported?

ReplayCore supports Paper 1.8.8 through Paper 26.2, Purpur 26.2, Folia 26.2 and Spigot 1.8.8. Paper or a compatible Paper fork is required from Minecraft 1.13 onwards. Check System requirements before installing because newer releases may require a newer Java version.

Can one account cover a network?

Yes. Starter includes five server instances, Pro includes fifteen and Enterprise can be configured for an unlimited number. One instance means one Minecraft server process running ReplayCore.

Why is the Replays list empty after a successful install?

A successful plugin start and an enabled ReplayCore line do not mean the cloud connection is claimed. If the console prints [RC-CLAIM-GATE], or the legacy alias [RC-CONFIG-CLAIM] on an already-shipped box, the connection is unclaimed. The real short code is in that server's console and /replaycore status. Open the printed Downloads URL (https://replaycore.com/en/dashboard/downloads, or /en/dashboard/downloads on a configured self-hosted origin), match the short code, and approve the server. ReplayCore does not approve that step automatically. See Common errors.

What is included on the Free plan?

Free is a permanent plan. It includes one recording instance, one owner seat, 1 GB of storage, up to 5 recorded players at once across your network, and 14-day retention. Every viewer module is included except white-label branding.

What happens when storage is full?

The recorder stops accepting new uploads at the storage cap. Delete recordings you no longer need or move to a plan with more storage, then run /replaycore forcestart. Deleting or upgrading alone does not resume capture. Deleted replays no longer count towards the cap.

Can staff share a replay or an appeal case?

A replay can be published with a controlled watch link. Staff can also build an Evidence Pack containing selected replay frames, timeline evidence, relevant server data and their decision, then share the sealed pack with an appeal reviewer.

Can each role see different viewer tools?

Yes. Viewer availability is set separately for guests, members, staff, administrators and owners. Settings can be inherited across the network and overridden for a server group or individual server.

Can ReplayCore run on my own storage?

ReplayCore is currently a hosted service. Recordings are uploaded to ReplayCore-managed object storage and delivered through the web viewer. Self-hosting is not available.

How do annual plans work?

Starter and Pro can be paid monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged upfront and saves around 17 percent against twelve monthly payments.

Where can I get help?

Open Support in the dashboard for account or installation help. Include the ReplayCore error code shown in the console, such as RC-KEY-401, so the team can identify the failing step quickly.
