ReplayCore ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Service.

ReplayCore is a product of ForgeVector Software Limited (company number 17271764), which is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration reference ZC171163. Our Data Protection contact is admin@forgevector.co.uk.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email address, password hash); payment information processed by our third-party payment processor; and server configuration details necessary to operate the plugin.

We also collect information automatically: usage data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited; plugin telemetry data used to improve performance and reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional and support emails; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with responsible third-party providers acting on our behalf (the sub-processors listed below), and with legal authorities when required by law. Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Agreement. We encourage you to review these providers' own privacy policies to understand how they handle data.

Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, DDoS mitigation, Workers compute, and object storage; stores data in the region closest to the user automatically).

OVH Cloud (dedicated infrastructure and database hosting; data-centre locations currently in London, United Kingdom and Beauharnois, Canada).

Stripe, Inc. (payment processing).

Resend, Inc. (transactional email).

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after termination, to allow for recovery of inadvertent cancellations, after which it is permanently deleted. Replay data is retained for the period specified in your subscription plan during the subscription, and for the same 30-day window following termination.

Billing records are retained for longer where required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@forgevector.co.uk.

7. Security

We encrypt personal data and protect it both in transit and at rest, alongside strict access controls. We follow security best practices recommended in the UK and by the ICO and Cloudflare, and conduct regular security audits.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
