Before you begin
You need access to the source replay and permission to manage evidence in its workspace. An Evidence Pack starts as a draft. You can edit or delete the draft until you seal it.
Prepare the exhibits and the staff conclusion before sealing. At least one exhibit and a non-empty verdict are required. Uploaded frame exhibits must have their image available.
Prepare and review the draft
Open Evidence in the dashboard and create a pack for the source replay. Add the case summary, player details and the exhibits that support the review. Exhibits can contain an annotated frame, a chat excerpt, an anti-cheat flag or a server tick-rate trace.
Keep observations separate from the staff conclusion. Check player names, ticks, captions and any annotations against the source replay. A recorded flag is part of the review material, not an automatic finding.
Seal and export
Select Seal pack and read the confirmation. Sealing freezes the document and its exhibits. You cannot edit or delete the sealed pack through the workbench. It becomes available for export and sharing after sealing succeeds.
Select Export bundle to download the sealed pack. If sealing or export reports an error, read the message and retry after the cause is resolved. Do not treat a failed request as a completed export.
Share and revoke access
Create a share link from the sealed pack and use Copy link. Anyone with this link can read that pack without an account. Send it only to people who should see the exhibits.
Use Revoke link to stop access through the active link. Creating a replacement link revokes the previous link. Revocation does not recall copies or screenshots that recipients already hold.
Check a shared pack
Open the shared pack and select Verify this evidence. The verification page checks the stored bundle and its signature and displays the result. A valid result means the bundle matches the material sealed into that pack.
A verification failure or unavailable result is not a successful check. Ask the sender to investigate. Verification checks the bundle; it does not establish that the staff conclusion is correct. Review the exhibits and their context before you make a decision.
